ADMISSIONS FOR UNDERGRADUATE AND POSTGRADUATE COURSES FOR
ACADEMIC YEAR 2011/2012 UNDER PRIVATE SPONSORSHIP
FIRST SELECTION
The Institute of Finance Management (IFM) is pleased to announce the names of selected
applicants whose names appear below to join its various UNDERGRADUATE AND
POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES for the 2011/2012 academic year.
1. Joining Instructions can be downloaded from the IFM website (www.ifm.ac.tz) one
week after the release of names or can be collected from IFM Campus: Block D ground
floor- Admissions Office (D001) together with admission letters.
2. Fees should be deposited into the CRDB account no: 01J1042984102 using your
name (as it appears in the admission list) and the admission number provided. After
depositing the fees, the bank pay-in-slip should be submitted to the IFM cashier in room
No. 320; Third Floor; Block A to be issued with an IFM receipt.
3. After completing the process outlined in (2) above, you can start the registration
process in the IFM Student Information System (SIS) found through the IFM website.
The registration process in the system will be opened from 19th September 2011.
4. To log into the IFM website, go to www.ifm.ac.tz, and click on Student IS, then click
on ‘NOT REGISTERED?’ then follow the instructions provided.
5. During the orientation week in order to complete the registration process all selected
applicants MUST bring with them a completed medical examination form
downloadable from IFM website and Two (02) colored passport sized
photographs. Students must also bring with them relevant originals and two
photocopies of:
i) Academic certificates
ii) Birth certificate, and
iii) IFM receipts for tuition fees during the orientation week in order to
complete the registration process.

6. The selected applicants should report at the Institute of Finance Management (IFM) for
the orientation week on Monday 10th October 2011 at 9.00 am.
